Create new users Wizard
Create new users Wizard will help you quickly create new users, start private and group meeting chat rooms with them. To launch this Wizard you should be logged into Virola client as administrator and follow Administration / Create new user menu item.
1.Follow Administration / Create new user menu
2.You can either import users from JSON on this step or specify user name and password and check an option "Force User to change password after first login". In this case your user will be forced specify a new password after logging with the credentials you provide.
3.You can provide your new user the credentials to log into or send a link which will force Virola download and will prefill the credentials for the first login
4.If you would like to create a private and / or group chat room with this new user, check the options to create private and group chat rooms, specify group chat room name or skip the step
5.If you would like your new user to join a meeting room or a private chat room right after downloading the Virola client app, specify the behavior on the next step. You can copy the download link for Virola client here with user credentials. After downloading and launching the Virola client the chat room you defined will be opened automatically.
6.If you would like your user to join a group chat room right after downloading Virola client, you can activate intercom options:
