Chat history can be cleared by Virola admin and chat room moderator in group chat rooms and by any participant of private chat rooms. The option to delete chat history supports deleting chat messages as well as chat transcripts older than selected amount of days.

 

Clear chat history

 

To clear chat history and attachments you need to do the following:

 

1.Right click on a chat room

2.Select "Clear chat history" option from the context menu
 

 

3.Select the period for clearing chat history. All messages and attachments older than selected amount of days will be automatically removed

4.Confirm that you want to proceed by checking "I know what I am doing" checkbox
 

 

5.Click "Yes" button
