Search in conversations is available:

 

•globally (in all chat rooms)

•in current chat room

•in selected chat rooms

 

Global search

 

Global search is possible in all chat messages, attachments, chat-room names, issues and meetings content. To find the needed element you need to:

 

 

1.Select "All Rooms"

2.Enter the search term in the search field

3.Navigate with help of arrows in the selected chat room

 

Search in current room

 

Search in current chat room is possible in all chat messages, attachments, issues and meetings content in current chat room. To find the needed element you need to:

 

 

 

1.Select "Current"

2.Enter the search term in the search field

3.Navigate with help of arrows in the chat room

 

Search in selected chat rooms

 

Search in selected chat room is possible in all chat messages, attachments, issues and meetings content in selected chat rooms. To find the needed element you need to:

 

 

 

1.Click "Selected"

2.Select the chat rooms where the search should be performed. You can type the chat room name in the search field of the form to find the needed chat room.

3.Enter the search term in the search field

4.Navigate with help of arrows in the chat room
