General
Regular users can update their user profiles:
•Update user information like First and last name, job title, email address, phone number, etc
•Update user password
•Change user picture
•Create private chat-rooms, unless this is limited by the Virola account admin
•Create a meeting room and become a moderator there, unless this is limited by the Virola account admin
Creating a meeting room by a regular user
•Create tasks or issues from own messages sent in the meeting room
•Schedule meetings based on own messages sent in the meeting room
For regular users it is not possible to remove other profiles and change own user name. Virola admin can also limit permissions for creating private and / or group chat-rooms.
