Improved permission framework
- Permission framework was made consistent - moderators can now strengthen the restrictions set by the Administrator, but not weaken them
- A set of private rooms permissions added - these permissions are set by the Administrator for all private chat rooms and cannot be overridden
- Voice meetings recording permission added. This permission is enabled by default

Microphone amplifier added. Now you can increase your mic output signal to up to 200%
- Improved screensharing. Now less outbound traffic is used when you are sharing your computer screen in Virola
- Numerous minor fixes and improvements
