• All files are permanently stored unless you decide to remove them manually or clear the room history
• You can send files both in chat main threads and in discussions
• You can attach files to any messages, tasks or issues you create
• You can add files later after creating a message, issue or task
• You can attach as many files as you need to the same message, issue or task
• You can perform search within a conversation and find all needed files
• You can share a link to the attachment with your colleagues. Just make sure they have access to the chat room where the file is stored
• You can view images and video files either with Virola built-in viewer or with any other software your have installed on your computer
• Server admin can manage permissions to allow or prohibit users to send, rename or remove attachments
